Jing Jun (JJ) Heng
President & Co-Founder
Jing Jun (JJ) Heng is a Director in the CBRE Capital Markets team, where he focuses on commercial investment and development site transactions across Victoria. His work spans a broad client base — from high net worth investors and private families through to institutional groups and overseas capital.
Outside of his property career, JJ has invested significantly in building and curating professional communities across Melbourne, bringing together business owners, commercial landlords, and industry leaders with a shared interest in the city's economic growth. He is passionate about the role that a well-connected business community plays in driving Melbourne's commercial activity.
Trevor Du
Vice President & Co-Founder
Trevor is an accredited property finance and investment professional who operates across national real estate and wholesale capital markets, managing unlisted, private real estate funds of participatory interests for wholesale and institutional investors and family offices seeking access to secure and attractive real estate-backed investments, maximising capital preservation and asymmetric return on risk.
Trevor has a track record of community advocacy and leadership in the not-for-profit space, focusing on the real estate sector and general business community.
Koby Jones

Koby Jones is the founder and Group Managing Director of The SILC Group, a specialised financial solutions provider servicing the unique needs of investment managers, asset sponsors and wholesale investors primarily in alternative assets. The SILC Group has more than $2 billion in funds under supervision, having established more than 200 funds and syndicates since launching in 2012.
Prior to establishing The SILC Group, Koby enjoyed a highly successful career in global financial markets and private wealth management with major financial institutions Westpac Banking Corporation, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, National Australia Bank and Wilson HTM Investment Group.
Louis Shivarev

Louis Shivarev is one of TNS Lawyers' partners. He is an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer who is highly regarded by his clients because he puts their commercial objectives at the center of any transaction or matter he is working on. He specializes in Commercial litigation, Commercial law, Commercial leasing, Insolvency law, Complex business sales and acquisitions; Tech law and start ups.
James Scuderi

James is Group Executive Director the GETC Group, including the Consoli design division, specialising in global FFE solutions for large-scale commercial, hospitality, PBSA and residential projects. He is also founder and Director of several local and international business interests, across various fields including construction, FFE, design, recruitment, financial services and sciences.
As Co-Founder of the not-for-profit Fello Foundation, James is passionate about the importance of men’s health initiatives, and the critical role that private enterprise and social engagement plays in the development of successful communities and businesses.
Tricia Lee

Tricia Lee is Director at Riverlee, a privately owned diversified property group specialising in development and asset ownership across the commercial, residential and retail sectors.
Tricia is passionate about making a positive difference and giving back to the community, with a focus on fostering meaningful relationships and building networks that bring people together across Melbourne’s business community.
Tristan Tan

Tristan Tan is a tax, finance, and legal professional specialising in commercial M&A investments and AI strategy. With over 10 years of sector experience, Tristan’s current focus is on the adoption of AI and technology into the business landscape for one of the world’s largest infrastructure funds.
Tristan is passionate about understanding and helping businesses succeed and hopes to bring his multidisciplinary skills for the benefit of the community at Melbourne Business Society.
